Dallas Metal Roof & Storm Restoration is a referral and lead-generation service. We do not perform roofing work, inspections, installations, or repairs, and we are not a roofing contractor. We connect homeowners with independent, third-party roofing contractors in our network. Any work performed is performed by, and any agreement for work is entered into with, the independent contractor you choose — not with us. We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.
Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with another user's use. Unauthorized access, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the site are prohibited.
Estimates & Pricing
All pricing ranges shown on this site are estimates based on typical Dallas-Fort Worth projects and are provided for general informational purposes only. Actual costs depend on your specific roof, materials, and project scope. A binding estimate is provided only by the independent contractor, only after an on-site inspection, and only when set out in a written agreement between you and that contractor.
Contractor Relationships
The contractors in our network are independent businesses. We do not employ, control, or supervise their work. We screen contractors before adding them to our network, but we do not guarantee their workmanship, timelines, or any particular outcome. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting the contractor that is right for you and for agreeing to the terms of any work directly with that contractor.
Insurance Claims
Insurance claim assistance, where provided, is performed by the independent contractor you hire — not by us. We do not guarantee any particular claim outcome. Approval, scope, and payment of any insurance claim are determined solely by your insurance carrier and policy. Neither we nor our contractors are licensed public adjusters or attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Dallas Metal Roof & Storm Restoration and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
